Yep, there she is, Suri (Miss Heel), playing dress up in silver glitter heels! I think it's adorable; but I'm sure there are others who think it's inappropriate. She's just a 3 year-old little girl having fun, in probably some Disney or Barbie accessories. This does not make Katy a bad mom.
