Exactly a week from now, something major is happening to MsHeel.com! My heart is pumping faster, at just the thought of what's to come...

This adventure into the shoe world has been very exhilarating! MsHeel.com is like my second child. I have watched my baby grow from just a thought/idea, infancy and to where she is now. Currently, MsHeel is definitely in that toddler stage. But next week we'll take a big leap forward.

And just like the photo above, me at my birthday party with a friend, telling all my other gal pals to shhh and to keep a secret-about what, I have no idea....waaayy to many cocktails since then. But the next series of photos (not seen here), show us all laughing-so must've been good!

Dreamin' Of Better Days...

Wow, it's Wednesday....

and life threw me a curve ball yesterday. I can't really go into the details, but boy you never know what can happen next. All I can say is, "Trust & believe!" In not only yourself, but your hopes and dreams as well.

Lately I've been really tired, yet excited, because MsHeel.com is growing! I wanna say thank you, for supporting my blog as well as the site. But with growth, comes growing pains-and that's whats happening right now. I'm celebrating and contemplating all new ideas, directions and lessons as we speak.

That's why I posted this pic of me, taken about 6 months ago celebrating my 40th birthday. God I WAS SOOO HAPPY that day! And yet, had no idea of all the changes that would take place in a mere six months. And speaking of changes, I was supposed to be flying into Miami today; but not so much. I'm still at my home base, in this melancholic mood, missing a certain somebody. He may or may not remember me, but I was hoping to jar his memory this weekend...

Oh well, I'll save that special pair of heels and outfit for him, for a later fate (insider joke). Change is good right? Of course it is. I know that timing is everything. That's why all the changes that have happened and still to come, helps me to sleep very well; because I know like I know, that my dreams will come true!

Game Day Face & Heels On!

T.G.I.F.!

O happy day...let the weekend begin. Last night I watched game 1 of the NBA finals, with my son, my sister and future brother-in-law. Yeah Lakers! But on Sunday, I'll be at a sports bar in fab heels, cheering the Lakers on to another victory!

As you can see by the pic above, I rarely leave my house without heels. In this picture. I'm wearing thigh-highs at the NFL Pro-Bowl game in Miami. What a stir that caused. I love turning heads; and trust me, at 5'10" tall, strutting around a football stadium in 4 inch thigh-high boots, will definitely get people's attention and cause quite the ruckus in the ladies room! I got more dirty looks, than President Obama at a Tea Party rally!

I had just one thing to say: DON'T HATE ME BECAUSE I'M BEAUTIFUL.

What's the lesson to take away from all this gurls? Don't hate-IMITATE!
No one should ever have to dim their light, in order for someone else's to shine!

It's Freaky Friday!

My gurl, Ms. Zoe Saldana, says she can't live without SEX! I thought I was the only one. Whew! Glad someone else feels the same way. Ever since I turned 30, I have literally been out of control. Let me explain. I AM NOT A SUPERFREAK ( a freak-but not super)! Ms. Heel # 1, doesn't give up the cookies to just any "Cookie Monster!" :)

Between my obsession with shoes and sex, life is good. Plus I've learned to combine my two biggest pleasures...uh, you do the math!

Too much information? Who cares. I am so single; so the only thing I'll get this weekend, is a new pair of shoes!
