For all those born before 1980, you'll probably remember Grace Jones. Seen here, still rockin' it out in concert. For someone 62, her legs are off the chain! If you read my blog daily (or recently), then you are well aware, that I am obsessed with legs. My workouts have been centrally geared around squats and jump roping.
So to see Lady Grace (Lady Gaga of her day), wearing fishnets and heels, makes me realize that if you do the "legwork," miniskirts do not have to be a thing of the past-or for your granddaughters!
