If You Get The Chance To Sit Out Or Dance...DANCE!!!

Hi Gurls!
Oh boy, it's Monday already?

I spent all weekend dancing, laughing and indulging in spirits. Can I just say, what a wonderful life I have! Evidenced by this pic above; I danced like it was nobody's business! Not trying to brag, but lately I've been sooo happy. Maybe it's because I lightened my load (literally losing 200 man pounds), 10 pounds of actual body fat and made a conscious decision to not sweat the small stuff-and trust me at 40, it's all small!!!

Msheels I implore you, to whenever you get the chance, kick up your heels, put a smile on yourself and dance dammit!

Now lets get this week (and party) started!

DANCIN' ALL THE WAY INTO THE NEW YEAR!

As I prepare for a new year, a new man (fingers crossed) and the arrival of all new gorgeous Spring heels here @ Msheel.com , Oh and birthday candles getting fired up on a new "life" decade for myself, I can't help but feel a little sad for what was. As they say: "Everything must change..."

But there are ten things for 2010, that I've learned over the past 3 decades, that I know for sure are true and will never change:
  1. You should always dance as if know one is looking (e.g., me pictured above)!
  2. Love as if everyone is!
  3. Youth is wasted on the young!
  4. There is no such thing as ugly women-just lazy women!
  5. Men are sooo much better (in every aspect) after 35!
  6. Do what you truly love and the money will come!
  7. One is never too old to dream...and they come true!
  8. There are no coincidences-everything happens for a reason (EVEN READING THIS)!
  9. Karma-what you put out, you get back!
  10. Wearing heels always makes me look & feel sexier!

So as the ball in NYC gets prepared to drop, I sincerely wish every woman out there, to be the best you can be. We must share our collective, nurturing female spirit with others. Love yourself first and then spread that love everywhere...wishing you all the best for 2010!
