Katie Holmes (looking awfully tired these days), finally explained why Baby Suri wears heels. According to Katie, Suri is always wearing her heels while playing at home; so naturally, like any good mom, who doesn't want their daughters or sons (hey, it happens), ruining her expensive Jimmy Choos, Manolos and Louboutins, she went out and purchased her toddler size tap shoes.
