Yep, you read that title correctly. Stores in Australia have experienced a significant decrease in sales and are really tired of customers using them just to try-on clothing and heels (window shopping & a lil' retail therapy) with no intention of buying; so their big (asinine) idea is to charge you for a fee (refundable, if you purchase) to try anything on!
