Mariah Carey refuses to say she's pregnant. Ok then, do you have an eating disorder? Because you look like you've gained about 30 pounds in the last 3-4 months!
Life and all that is on this planet, is about energy. If you keep denying your pregnancy, then that energy will rise up to meet you. And boom, just like that, you won't be pregnant! Hence, the fall on stage.
