A HAUNTING IN HIGH HEELS...

Heel-lo (not a typo)!

OMG this weekend, I read the most wonderful book! One Day, by David Nicholls has haunted me since finishing, early Sunday afternoon. As I went about my day cleaning, taking a shower, putting on heels and driving in my car, this book lingered in my energy field and is still resonating within me. It has left me breathless, tearful and melancholy. Yet joyful about life- especially reflective about love and the wonders of it all!

If you click on the live link it'll take you to the NY Times review. I cannot talk about this book. I don't trust myself to not tell you EVERYTHING! But know this, it made me laugh (boisterously) out loud, yearn for a true lifelong love and cry...I actually sobbed like a baby!

It's haunting me still...the writing and the character development is raw. The plot-unique, rich & deep. This book will evoke all kinds of emotions, you thought you had buried or thrown in the closet with all the other fears, pain, insecurities and secrets. Throw open that closet door, and get prepared to be body snatched, your heart strings plucked wildly (like how that dude plays the fiddle on the song, The Devil Went Down To Georgia) hell possessed even, on this voyage to the outer reaches of uncharted emotional territory.

If you're truly not afraid to love and want become a better lover-read this book. Or you can wait for the movie starring, Anne Hathaway.

p.s. I dedicate this blog to B.A. Now I understand how so much fear, timing and life kept us apart. I truly wish you love and peace...
