Pictured above is Angela Simmons, wearing an adorable ruffled mini-skirt, paired with hard-edged blue booties. I think it works really well together. Sometimes we tend to think ruffles (which is really feminine), has to be paired with a softer heel, but this adds just right amount of "attitude" to give an otherwise simple outfit, some oomph!
